Notarization in the State of Florida is capped at $10 per notarial act (stamp).

Additional fees are as follows and do not include travel fees.

Weekend Fee: $10 Weekend is classified as Saturday or Sunday

Holiday Fee: $20 for any appointments needed on a Federal Holiday.

Travel Fee: For each 10 miles traveled round trip the fee is $5. If the notary location is 20 miles round trip from my home the travel fee would be $10. Fee will be discussed when appointment is booked.

Emergency Fee: $20 An emergency fee is applied when the notary takes places within 24 hrs of contact.

Assisted Living, Hospital, Hospice*: $15 Does not include other fees as applicable.

Drilled Safe Depoist Box Fee: $10 per drilled box.

*Please verify that on-site notarization is permitted and visitors are allowed prior to booking. Booking fee is non-refundable. If the patient has been medicated and is not fully alert I will not be able to notarize the documents and you will still be responsible for all applicable fees.

Florida is a beautiful place to get married. I would love to officiate your ceremony no matter how big or small. As a State of Florida Notary we can solemnize a marriage and can offer a religious or non-religious ceremony.

Wedding fees begin at $150 and includes the $30 fee regulated by the State of Florida. You must obtain and provide your own marriage license, which can be obtained at your local Clerk of Court.

All weddings require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balances are due 24 hours prior to the ceremony.

Prior to your appointment all documents should be filled out EXCEPT for signatures, notary information, and any initials needed. Should the forms not be filled out, a $5 fee will apply for every 15-minutes needed as you fill out the documents.

If your document requires witnesses, please have your witnesses present. If you do not have witnesses please contact me prior to your appointment and a witness can accompany for a fee of $25 per witness.
